Daniel Caraviello is a driven leader who brings extensive experience establishing and running competitive analytics teams and enabling innovation across large organizations. He has a passion for people development and frequently designs and leads training related to influential leadership, stress reduction and employee engagement. Daniel joined Dow AgroSciences (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company) in 2005, started leading analytics teams in 2008 and in 2011 he was named Data Analysis leader, with company-wide responsibilities. Daniel holds a degree in Veterinary medicine, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in quantitative genetics and a graduate certificate in bioinformatics.
