Charles currently serves as the Vice-President of Analytics at IDT, a global communications and international financial services company focused on the immigrant community. Charles manages a team of 6 analysts that support a number of business activities including digital marketing, customer marketing & CRM, financial forecasting, and business strategy.  Previously Charles was the Research Manager at Wanted Technologies, a data-as-a-service company that focused on collecting and enhancing labor market data and re-selling it across a variety of industries including online media companies like Monster or Careerbuilder, investment banks, the Federal Reserve Board, and staffing and recruitment agencies.

Charles earned a BA Economics from Princeton University and MSc Economics from Université de Montréal.
