Through his career, first at McKinsey and subsequently at McKinsey Knowledge Center, followed by his stint at Fidelity and Flipkart, and his body of work at Nasscom, Nitin has been looked upon as a transformational leader. Through the strength of his vision and ability to inspire, he has set aspirational goals for these organizations and motivated employees to grow and shape future success.

Nitin commands high respect in the Indian IT, BPO sector and Analytics industry. He has been elected twice to the NASSCOM Executive Council and is also the Chairperson of the Nasscom Regional Council (NRC) in Haryana. He is a revered speaker in the areas of entrepreneurship, business transformation and technology.

He holds an MBA (Majors in Finance and Operations) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a degree in engineering (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
